Which items can I return?

At AllesDaune you can in principle return all products within 101 days of receipt. Returns are possible without giving a reason and you can return products that you do not like to us.

The only exceptions to the right of return are items specifically marked as such, such as products with eiderdown or other goods made specifically to customer requirements and custom-made items.

What condition must returnable products be in?

To return the product, please keep all of the product's original packaging until you no longer want to give it back.

We ask you to handle products that you still want to return with care, as they must not be damaged or dirty to ensure a smooth return. You can find all further information in our cancellation policy.

How long do I have to start a return?

We offer you a 101-day return policy for your order. The return period begins on the day the package is delivered.

Are there differences for returns depending on the country?

No, products can be returned from any country. However, there are costs for returning goods from some countries.

Free returns are offered for customers in Austria and Germany. Here AllesDaune covers the return shipping costs.

Customers from other countries must bear the direct costs of the return themselves.

How should I package the product for return?

We ask that you return goods in all of their original packaging.

It is best to use the original shipping box when packing for shipping. If you no longer have this, you can also use another suitable shipping box that offers the product sufficient protection.

Are there any costs for the return?

We offer free return shipping for customers from Austria and Germany within the 101 day return period. Customers who do not live in these countries must bear the direct return costs themselves.

We always offer free return shipping for complaints and goods with product defects.

How long does it take until I receive my money after returning?

As soon as our returns department has checked and processed the returned goods at AllesDaune in Austria, we will initiate the refund of your purchase amount. This process may take 2-10 business days after receiving your return. The refund will be made in the same way as the payment, and depending on the payment method, it may take an additional 2-3 business days for the refund to reach you. If you pay with Klarna, your invoice will be canceled or adjusted.

Please note that it may take several working days for your return to reach us in Austria, especially if it was not sent from Austria.

If you have not received confirmation of your return after the respective return and processing period has expired, please contact our customer service team. Please let us know your order number so that we can process your request quickly.

Can I exchange items?

If you would like to exchange an item, we ask you to place a new order in our online shop and prepare the item you have already received for return. The refund will be made in the same way as the payment reached us.

What do I do if my product has a defect?

In this case, please contact our customer service immediately after receiving the goods. The best way to do this is to send us an email with pictures of the defect. We will then immediately find a suitable solution for you.
